CDL-A Independent Contractor Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have valid CDL-A with a minimum 1-year OTR flatbed experience
- 6 months' outside independent contractor experience
- Must have experience hauling steel coils
- No more than 2 moving violations or preventable accidents combined in past 3 years
- No DUI, drug convictions or drug-related charges in past 10 years
- No failed DOT drug or alcohol screens
