Koch Trucking is looking to hire CDL-A truck drivers to join our flatbed division. Our flatbed fleet allows you to maximize your earning potential by providing consistent, steady miles hauling oversized air conditioner units round-trip on flatbed trailers. No flatbed experience? No problem, we provide additional training during orientation to ensure you are capable and confident before hitting the road. Pay & Home Time
- Average annual earnings: $88,000
- Starting pay: $0.64 CPM
- Top performers earn up to $98,000
- Home time: Out 7–10 days, depending on location
- $1,000 orientation pay paid on first dispatch
- $5,000 hiring bonus paid monthly
- $30 stop pay
- $25 securement pay per stop
- $50 tarp pay per stop
- Over-dimensional pay: $75–$200, based on miles
- $400 for loads over 64,000 lbs.
- Optional Canada runs: $100 per loaded border crossing
